Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI techniques (e.g., GANs, Transformers, LLMs). Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, research) to define AI strategies and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct research into new AI algorithms, techniques, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines and infrastructure for scalable model training and inference. Evaluate and select appropriate ML frameworks, tools, and platforms for different projects. Optimize model performance, efficiency, and scalability for production environments. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and industry best practices. Present findings, research results, and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the responsible and ethical development and deployment of AI systems. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong emphasis on deep learning and generative models. Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and managing technical teams. Expertise in programming languages such as Python and proficiency with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Deep understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and data structures. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML operations (MLOps) best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus. Published research in top-tier AI conferences or journals is highly regarded.
