The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Lethbridge. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our machine learning strategy, leading the development of advanced ML models, and mentoring a talented team of engineers. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Proven experience in leading ML projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
