Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions. The role involves leading AI/ML projects, building scalable models, and guiding technical teams to deliver high-performance AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models and AI solutions
• Lead ML projects and mentor engineering teams
• Build and optimize data pipelines and model deployment processes
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy and implementation
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of ML systems
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning, AI, and data science concepts
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
• Experience with data processing, APIs, and model deployment
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Experience leading AI/ML teams or projects
• Knowledge of deep learning and large-scale AI systems
