Lead Manager, Product Management

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy and development for our innovative product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful products in a competitive market. Responsibilities Lead the product strategy and roadmap for multiple products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products. Define and analyze product metrics to measure success and drive improvements. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to inform development. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product-related inquiries. Facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and customers. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members. Skills and Qualifications • 7-10 years of experience in product management or related fields. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
