Accor has a strong ambition: to reinvent the travel experience by focusing on personalization and a strong brand identity. Achieving this is the obsession of the Digital Department: a dedicated team to define and implement the future of Accor Product Experiences.

Reporting to the VP Product Design, your role will be to guarantee the excellence of B2B, Distribution & Services design, by driving the quality of experiences and managing a team of 3 Product Designers.

Your Mission

• Champion the B2B design vision and translate it into clear objectives for the product and design teams.
• Drive the quality of user experiences across the entire B2B, Distribution & Services scope.
• Co-create and deploy Design roadmaps in alignment with Product roadmaps.
• Ensure design delivery excellence, from discovery to operationalization.
• Manage, support, and develop the skills of a team of Product Designers.
• Actively contribute to design (production) topics on key perimeter issues.
• Disseminate product and design best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

And you?

• Proven experience in Lead Design (15+ years of experience)
• Expertise in Product Design (UX/UI) for complex B2B products
• Experience in managing Design roadmaps and OKRs
• Ability to work closely with Product & Tech
• Experience managing design teams in a product environment
• Design communication and storytelling skills.
