You will join the Loyalty & Partnerships Tribe, dedicated to the performance of B2C & B2B loyalty programs, as well as the management of strategic partnerships. Your mission will be to streamline, optimize, and innovate to meet critical business challenges, in collaboration with functional teams (ENA, APAC) and business stakeholders.
You will be involved in subjects that are crucial for the business:
- Performance management and key KPI steering.
- Streamlining our Data Products for better efficiency and relevance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with functional teams (French-speaking and English-speaking) and end-users.
- Innovation & AI: Active participation in rationalization and automation projects, with a strong appetite for innovative solutions.
Your Mission:
As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and documented data pipelines.
- Collaborating with the Tech Lead to ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of products.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, testing, documentation).
- Optimizing data product processing and operating costs (FinOps).
- Working in tandem with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to meet business needs.
- Documenting product assets to facilitate their reuse and the onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an engineering school or specialized Master's degree.
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in Data Engineering.
- Developed a strong ability to understand business challenges (loyalty, partnerships) and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt & Terraform.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools, preferably Astronomer (Airflow).
- DevOps culture (CI/CD, Gitlab, automation).
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent).
- Good modeling and documentation practices.
Soft Skills
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, technical curiosity.
- Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
- Team spirit and focus on quality.
- Proficiency in French, fluent English required.
