Lead Product Manager - Modeled Data Operations

As the Lead Product Manager for Modeled Data Operations, you will take charge of establishing operational standards, ensuring rigorous delivery, and executing the lifecycle of modeled data products that drive Acxiom's internal and partner platforms. Your leadership will guarantee that our modeled data assets are ready for platforms, reliable, scalable, compliant, measurable, and consistently delivered across teams and portfolios. This role positions you as a principal-level contributor, defining and enhancing operating frameworks, metadata standards, and execution models that facilitate predictable, high-quality delivery at an enterprise level. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, and Commercial teams is crucial to ensure that our modeled data products integrate seamlessly with downstream platforms and function reliably in production. This position focuses on operational excellence rather than feature ideation—your mission is to make modeled data products work efficiently and effectively, every day. Key Responsibilities: • Define and maintain content and operational standards for modeled data, including product hierarchies, taxonomies, metadata, and schema conventions.

• Intake, interpret, and operationalize delivery platform requirements, transforming schemas, metadata expectations, SLAs, and delivery cadence into execution standards.

• Ensure modeled data assets are platform-ready, facilitating seamless integration of metadata, schemas, and taxonomies within downstream delivery environments.

• Establish and refine product operations frameworks that enable consistent delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure cross-team alignment within multiple Agile teams.

• Proactively identify and tackle delivery risks, constraints, and cross-platform dependencies, enhancing operational readiness for launches, changes, and deprecations.

• Oversee production readiness, service reliability, and operational health, incorporating incident learnings, post-launch evaluations, and coordination of changes with external partners.

• Define and monitor operational KPIs such as availability, quality, adoption, and cost efficiency, leading initiatives for continuous improvement in scale, reliability, and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications: • 7+ years of product management experience focused on product operations or platform delivery.

• Experience in operating and scaling modeled or analytical data products in production environments.

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, data platforms, or analytics.

• Strong background working in Agile environments with multiple dependent teams.

• Proven experience in production service ownership.

• Experience handling regulated, sensitive, or privacy-constrained data.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in operationalizing governance, compliance, and security requirements for data products.

• Experience in managing enterprise-scale data platforms across multiple teams and delivery environments.

• Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on repeatability, scale, and operational rigor.

• Experience with cloud-native data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).

• Demonstrated ability to enhance delivery velocity and production reliability through effective processes and tooling.
