• Change Management: Design and roll out a tailored change framework that enables smooth adoption across all teams
• Project & Program Leadership: Lead projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks to deliver on objectives
• Strategic Change Execution: Create impactful communication, training, and engagement strategies that accelerate adoption
• Continuous Improvement: Measure outcomes, track adoption, and turn insights into stronger change and project practices
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships, coach teams, and simplify complex topics for varied audiences

Profile – what makes you an ideal match!

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related field) and advanced credentials such as Prosci, PMP, or PRINCE2
• Experience managing large‑scale change and complex projects in technical or regulated environments
• 10+ years of experience managing multi‑stakeholder projects in energy or similar industries
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and turn insights into action
• Strong interpersonal skills: connect effortlessly across all levels, cultivate partnerships, and operate effectively within multifaceted organizational networks
• Data‑driven decision making: use metrics to guide decisions and outcomes, build alignment across teams, and move stakeholders toward shared goals
• Balance long‑term vision with active execution, thrive in ambiguity, stay self‑motivated, and continuously improve
• Good German and very good English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
