The Lead Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and providing insights to refine hiring strategies. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, overseeing a team of recruitment specialists, and ensuring a seamless hiring ex ncperience for all stakeholders. The Lead Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategies and contributing to the overall success of Rekruitable. **Salary** N400,000 **Qualifications** - Proven experience in Leading Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Recruitment Process Management - Strong background in Client Relationship Management and Candidate Relationship Management - Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and providing insightful Recruitment Strategies - Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational skills - Familiarity with recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern HR tools - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Past experience in handling recruitment in some specialized industries is a plus <
