Required Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform expertise within enterprise production environments
• Experience operating in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or Platform Reliability functions
• Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts including:
  • SLA/SLO frameworks
  • Incident management
  • Problem management
  • Operational governance
  • Production support models
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as:
  • Splunk
  • Datadog
  • Dynatrace
  • New Relic
• Experience supporting highly integrated cloud-based enterprise platforms
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in highly regulated, operationally critical environments
• Experience working with AWS cloud environments and enterprise integrations is preferred
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and operational workflows
