Role Overview

This senior role involves defining the architectural blueprint for new products and existing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. You will guide a team of talented software engineers, providing technical leadership and mentoring throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining the architectural blueprint for new products and existing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Guiding a team of talented software engineers, providing technical leadership and mentoring throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, selecting appropriate development tools and frameworks, and establishing coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Driving innovation and ensuring that our technological solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in software development, including significant experience in software architecture and design.
• Proven experience with various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of system design principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• A passion for continuous improvement in software development processes are highly valued.
