The Role

Senior IC role anchoring a New York engineering team. You'll own the architecture and delivery of complex distributed systems, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive high-impact features from zero to production.

What You'll Need

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Go (Golang) — it's the core codebase
• Deep distributed systems experience at scale
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS or GCP, Redis, Temporal
• Track record shipping robust systems at a high-growth startup
• Comfortable owning complex features end-to-end
• Based in or willing to relocate to NYC — this is in-person
• No visa or H1B transfers sponsorship available
