Lead UI/UX Designer(contract to hire)

Intellipaat is looking for a highly skilled and creative Lead UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. If you are passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and visually engaging designs, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across our web platforms and marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user engagement and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and product platforms • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs • Work on website design and optimization for improved user experience • Design brochures, marketing creatives, and brand assets • Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions • Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI standards

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design in a product Company • Strong portfolio showcasing web, and mobile application • Proven experience in brochure design or marketing collaterals • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or others. • Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design
