We are currently looking for a versatile Graphic & UI/UX Designer based in India to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity and user experience of our projects.

The Role

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary designer who is equally passionate about beautiful visual graphics and seamless user interfaces. You will be responsible for creating compelling brand assets, marketing materials, and intuitive UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites and digital products.
• Graphic Design: Design engaging marketing collateral, social media assets, brand identities, and presentation decks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our development team (and platforms like Webflow) to ensure designs are implemented flawlessly.
• Problem Solving: Translate complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all internal and client-facing touchpoints.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience bridging both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing a mix of brand/graphic design work and detailed web/app UI/UX case studies. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to articulate your design decisions clearly.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Availability: Ability to overlap with Hong Kong Time (HKT) for at least 4 hours per day for team syncs.
