As a Legal Recruiter, you will support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal and compliance roles across international markets. You will work closely with clients and candidates, leveraging AI tools and structured processes to deliver efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes. • *Job Type:**

• *Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree (essential) • 0–2 years’ experience (recent graduates welcome) or up to 1–3 years in recruitment or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail • Proven ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and follow-through • Confidence using AI tools (including ChatGPT) and productivity tools (Google Docs/Sheets) • Quick to learn new systems (ATS/CRM platforms) • Coachable, resilient, and target-driven • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment • *Responsibilities** • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, scheduling, feedback, reference checks, offers, and onboarding support • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping • Use AI tools to enhance sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, interview guides, summaries, and reporting • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and clear candidate tracking • Prepare and deliver structured weekly pipeline and progress reports • Coordinate interviews and meetings across multiple time zones • Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment playbooks, templates, and workflows
