About
Level II Engineer – Managed Services
This MSP is opening a second office after adding a wave of new SMB and mid-sized clients over the last 12 months, particularly in professional services, multi-location businesses, and companies that have outgrown informal IT support. Leadership has been tightening up process, standardizing client environments, and building more consistency across onboarding, cloud rollout, and infrastructure upgrades so they can scale cleanly into this next chapter. That growth is creating the need for additional Level II Engineers who can help with client-facing engineering work today while getting exposure to light projects, design discussions, and rollout planning that can lead into Project Engineering or Service Operations.
The Level II Engineer will work across Microsoft environments, cloud initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and day-to-day client engineering needs. It is a good fit for someone who wants to keep growing technically while moving toward a role with more ownership in projects and how client environments are shaped over time.
