Graphic Designer (Full-Time, In-House, On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Designing full brand identity systems for new developments and projects, including main logo lock‑up, logo variations and usage guide, typography with variations and hierarchy, color palette reference and ratio, brand elements such as icons, badges, illustrations, etc., and all brand applications such as signage, apparel, print, etc.
  • Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Residential Properties, Director of Social Media, and full executive suite to concept, design, and execute marketing materials that support company initiatives and are delivered timely and on schedule.
  • Creating marketing materials for existing and future apartment communities, including but not limited to brochures, leasing collateral, digital advertisements, signage, and property branding.
  • Designing billboards, signage, and large‑format graphics for all current and future assets under management and development.
  • Producing social media graphics and digital marketing assets, with cross‑platform optimized graphics.
  • Creating branded apparel and merchandise mock‑ups for company initiatives and events.
  • Assisting with internal branding and corporate materials for Management.
  • Editing and enhancing photography using Photoshop and Lightroom, including overlays and marketing treatments.
  • Maintaining strict asset folder structure and naming convention for projects.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns across apartment communities, restaurants, hospitality properties, and commercial developments.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across multiple companies and properties.
  • Producing promotional material for all internal and external branded events.
  • Contributing visual design and layout direction for company and property websites, including page concepts, graphics, and digital assets in collaboration with external web developers and marketing partners.
  • Preferred skill: proficiency or familiarity with both short‑form video as well as long‑form video platforms – both for asset management and editing.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to develop marketing materials for shopping centers and commercial properties, including leasing brochures, marketing packages, signage, and advertising collateral.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of modern branding, typography, and layout design
  • Experience designing print and digital marketing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines
  • Comfortable designing within high‑end, luxury, and hospitality brand standards
  • Experience preparing files for professional printing and large‑format production
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, print design, and marketing collateral across multiple mediums is required
