Responsibilities

These challenges await you:

• Independent support, further development, and optimization of existing Microsoft 365 environments
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd/3rd level support for demanding M365 scenarios
• Active participation and technical responsibility in migration, rollout, and lifecycle projects
• Administration, operation, and continuous improvement of modern IT workplaces in the Microsoft 365 environment for our customers
• Administration of user accounts, permissions, security policies, applications, and cloud services
• License management and creation/maintenance of dynamic groups
• Participation in the standardization and automation of operational processes (e.g., using PowerShell)
• Close collaboration with internal departments and customers for sustainable solution development

Requirements

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training with a focus on IT (ideally IT specialist system integration) or comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Required certifications: MS-900, MS-102
• Desirable certifications: MS-700/721, MS-203, MS-220, SC-200 or SC-900
• Experience with ticket management systems and user support
• Experience with security concepts (ideally CIS)
• Knowledge of PowerShell and automation is desirable
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and enjoyment of customer projects
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) in spoken and written form
