Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd level support for complex M365 and Exchange Online scenarios
• Consulting our customers on best practices in the area of Exchange Online
• Active participation in migration and lifecycle projects
• Conducting security assessments and creating recommendations for action
• Automation of processes and policies using PowerShell and M365 tools
• Planning, implementation, and operation of Exchange Online environments within Microsoft 365
• Management and optimization of mail flow, transport rules, spam and phishing protection

Profile

• Completed vocational training with a focus on IT (ideally IT specialist system integration) or comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Desirable certifications: MS-900, MS-102, MS-203, MS-220, SC-200 or SC-900
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid configurations
• Experience with mail flow, security & compliance, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with e-mail and transport encryption
• Experience with security concepts (ideally CIS)
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and enjoyment of customer projects
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) in speaking and writing
