Job Description

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, where you will be pivotal in designing and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will build and deploy scalable machine learning systems within enterprise environments while enjoying a collaborative atmosphere and opportunities to grow with fellow analysts and architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional team members to devise and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions that align with business objectives.
• Transform client needs into actionable data-driven processes, models, and analytical metrics.
• Analyze and process large datasets hosted on enterprise-level data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions using client data, including recommender systems, natural language processing, and risk scoring.
• Optimize and productionize ML systems to meet client requirements effectively.
• Contribute to the growth of CapTech's Machine Learning and Data Science practices through client presentations, proposal writing, business development events, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets (multi-billion records).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages for developing data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, Spark, NoSQL, and cloud-based data processing frameworks in production.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, and Amazon RDS.
• Ability to articulate data-driven problems based on multi-industry business needs.
• Experience applying analytical methodologies in a variety of business areas, including customer analytics, marketing, finance, and digital channels.
• Hands-on experience in implementing production-scale machine learning systems across various domains (e.g., personalization, natural language processing, computer vision).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and automation best practices.
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with model management and versioning best practices.
• Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) in a production environment.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, MCP and RAG, and agentic AI architectures.
• Strong knowledge of conversational UX and prompt evaluation metrics.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., langchain, n8n, pydantic) and multi-agent orchestration.
