Qualifications

The Data Engineer - AI/ML Pipelines is a critical technical role focused on building robust, scalable, and intelligent data infrastructure that powers analytics and machine learning across the enterprise. We are specifically seeking a candidate with hands-on experience supporting ML initiatives end-to-end-from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.

This role requires deep expertise in designing production-grade pipelines that ingest, normalize, and transform data from systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to support data scientists, contribute to real-time predictive systems, and lead the development of data solutions that directly impact ML performance and operational intelligence

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in ML data pipelines, feature engineering, and supporting model lifecycle workflows
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern data transformation tools like dbt, Spark, or Delta Lake
• Strong understanding of data modeling, orchestration, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
• Familiarity with ML-oriented tools such as MLflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), or similar
• Hands-on experience with WMS or operational logistics data
