In this role, you will manage the full cycle of scorecard creation, from planning to validation. Your expertise in developing machine learning models will contribute to driving origination and credit strategies. Collaboration with internal partners and subject matter experts is essential, as well as delivering presentations of design elements to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine learning project management and delivery timelines
• Develop end-to-end scorecard designs and validations
• Oversee model deployments and updates
• Review and document predictive effectiveness of models
• Create customer segmentation insights for strategy teams

Requirements

• University degree in STEM or data science
• 3+ years in predictive scorecard development
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and SAS
• Experience with machine learning libraries
• Familiarity with cloud data tools like Azure and AWS
