We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in California. This role focuses on building and deploying scalable machine learning solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust ML models and production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models in production
• Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale datasets
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
• Improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Monitor deployed models and ensure reliability over time
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or software development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment
• Experience in NLP, deep learning, or computer vision
