Your Tasks

• Development, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms
• Integration of ML models into productive systems and applications
• Building and scaling ML pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Analysis and preparation of large data sets for model improvement
• Use of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable technologies
• Development and execution of model evaluations and monitoring in production
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions

Your Profile

• Can-do mentality: You take ownership, drive topics forward independently.
• Strong discussion and communication skills: You contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and work constructively in a team.
• Enjoyment of the new: You have fun staying up-to-date in a rapidly changing technology landscape and continuously learning.
• Completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a comparable field
• Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with deployment and operation of ML systems (APIs, monitoring, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Ideally, experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with search technologies or vector databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Milvus)
• Knowledge in the area of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with MLOps and automated training pipelines
