Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing company processes (e.g., customer service, marketing, internal workflows)
• Use and testing of AI tools, potentially building own models
• Implementation of AI-supported solutions, potentially deployment together with our software developers
• Piloting and testing new technologies and implementing a holistic strategy in the area of AI
• Documentation and continuous improvement of all AI processes

How you fit into our 20-person competence team as our AI Specialist:

• Completed studies (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or comparable)
• Very good analytical and structured thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• High communication skills
• Pragmatic action and thinking with a hands-on mentality
