What You'll Do

• Are you interested in using ML methods for the analysis and processing of weather data with Python, PyTorch, NumPy, and OpenCV?
• Do you want to help improve the visualization of radar and satellite data using neural networks?
• Do you want to contribute your expertise in Machine Learning and drive projects forward with us?
• Do you find analyzing and processing large amounts of data easy?

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience in high-performance processing of large datasets.
• Experience in the design and training of ML models, especially in the area of Computer Vision.
• Understanding of physical relationships and an interest in their data-based modeling.
• Ideally, basic knowledge of C++ and initial experience in High-Performance Computing.

• Operating System: Ubuntu Linux with its own build system
• Development Environment: Jupyter Notebook / JupyterLab, VSCode
• Technologies / Frameworks: Python, PyTorch, NumPy, OpenCV, C++, OpenMP
• Version Control: Git/Gitlab
