About the Team

Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable classifiers, tools, statistical models, and/or algorithms by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and data mining technologies to improve user experience and optimize consumption of content/products on the platform.
• Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team, and operations team to help define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.
• Design and implement tools to analyze the ML model's performance and optimize performance of ML system.
• Innovate on optimizing content consumption and user experience through personalization.
• Work with cross functional teams and product stakeholders to deliver system and product insights through analytics.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience.
• Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
  • Coding using Python or C++
  • Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or Tensor Flow
  • Developing code and identifying issues in Linux environment
  • Developing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems
  • Utilizing Big data framework Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: Bellevue, WA

Salary Range: $129960 - $246240 per year
