Manager, Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Own the model lifecycle, including requirements, experimentation, development, evaluation, and deployment
• Translate business problems into ML solutions and define success metrics
• Monitor model quality in production and cultivate a culture of learning and collaboration

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems
• 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring ML teams
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and hands-on experience with relevant frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to develop ML talent
