Your responsibilities • Develop machine learning models & optimization algorithms to enhance decision-making • Create real-time execution systems including API integrations and automation • Oversee the complete lifecycle including research production monitoring • Design simulations & backtests to confirm performance • Spot inefficiencies and convert them into scalable, profit-generating strategies

What we are looking for • 4+ years of experience in machine learning/ optimization/ data science • Strong understanding of mathematics, probability, and statistics • Proven experience in deploying models within production systems • A pragmatic and swift thinker who can quickly ship and iterate • Bonus: familiarity with quant finance, trading systems, or ad-tech
