We're hiring multiple ML Research Scientists / Engineers to build next-generation AI-powered surgical solutions. If you're passionate about applying cutting-edge AI to real-world healthcare challenges, this is a high-impact opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy real-time, low-latency AI systems for surgical applications
• Build AI agents and deep reinforcement learning (DRL) frameworks for intelligent decision-making
• Work on intraoperative video analysis using advanced AI models
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to solve real-world medical problems
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML research and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

• Experience with LLMs/VLMs/SFMs (e.g., GPT-4o, SAM, or similar)
• Hands-on with DRL, AI agents, RAG, LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Strong foundation in computer vision (SLAM, calibration, multi-view geometry) and deep learning
• Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras)
• 3+ years in AI/ML/DL (or Master's + experience / PhD preferred)

Nice to Have

• Medical imaging experience (endoscopy, ultrasound, CT, DICOM)
• Knowledge of image segmentation, registration, 3D visualization
• Exposure to NVIDIA stack / TensorRT / Linux environments
