Majesco Solution Architect (P&C & L&AH)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Majesco Solution Architect with strong expertise across Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Annuity / Health (L&AH) domains. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalable design, and aligning business requirements with technology solutions for insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Majesco implementations across core modules such as Policy, Billing, and Claims
• Define end-to-end system architecture including integrations, data flows, and dependencies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines
• Drive design reviews, architectural governance, and best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Majesco Platform (P&C and/or L&AH)
• Deep understanding of insurance domain processes and workflows
• Expertise in solution architecture, system design, and integrations
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

Experience Requirements

• 10–15+ years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 5+ years in Majesco Solution Architecture roles
