About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, insight‑driven partnership professional to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of high‑value demand‑side alliances. This is not a traditional BD role – you will be responsible for everything from deep market research and lead qualification to outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long‑term relationship management. You’ll work closely with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Lead Research
- Conduct in‑depth research on target categories such as FinTech, Crypto, Gaming, D2C, Real Estate, BFSI, and AdTech.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of high‑ticket prospects (minimum $5 L/month potential).
Strategic Outreach
- Initiate contact via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Craft personalized outreach sequences that reflect the prospect’s business objectives.
Partnership Conversations
- Lead discovery and solution‑selling conversations with brand, agency, and senior stakeholder teams.
- Position our digital products/services as strategic growth levers for the partner.
Deal Management
- Own the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, contract finalisation, onboarding, and activation.
- Ensure all legal, financial, and operational requirements are met.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to deliver on partnership commitments and drive activation success.
Relationship & Retention
- Develop a partnership‑first mindset; maintain regular business reviews, performance reporting, and proactive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs, analyse market trends, and surface insights that inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
