About the role

Role Overview

You will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will involve effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per scope, timeline, and budget
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as design, procurement, sales, and execution teams
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
  • Monitor project costs and ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Handle client coordination, meetings, and project status updates
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors effectively
  • Resolve project‑related issues and escalations in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover upon project completion

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or project execution roles
  • Experience in electrical, lighting, or infrastructure projects preferred
