About the role
Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will involve effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, procurement, sales, and execution teams
- Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
- Monitor project costs and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Handle client coordination, meetings, and project status updates
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors effectively
- Resolve project‑related issues and escalations in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation and handover upon project completion
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good knowledge of project planning, execution, and cost control
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Project Management or relevant field
- PMP or similar certification will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or project execution roles
- Experience in electrical, lighting, or infrastructure projects preferred
