Your Impact
As an AI Solutions Product Manager within the Marketing AI Solutions & Enablement team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex marketing requirements into actionable product roadmaps. You will partner closely with Marketing Operations (MOPs), IT, and Marketing Engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Initiative Delivery: Lead AI initiatives from discovery through pilot, launch, and scale. Ensure structured execution with clear milestones, risk management, and success criteria.
- Business Translation & Requirements Definition: Translate marketing needs into clear product requirements and use cases. Develop well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to ensure engineering teams receive prioritized, build-ready work.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary AI partner to marketing domains. Build and maintain strong relationships across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations to align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.
- Value Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs tied to business impact (e.g., pipeline, efficiency, engagement). Monitor performance post-launch and iterate on solutions based on data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement and adoption.
- Enablement: Drive adoption and value realization, ensuring that delivered capabilities are scalable, reusable, and effectively utilized across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 + years of Product Management experience: Strong foundation in product management, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and agile delivery. Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and scale, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
- 2 + years of AI Expertise: Experience delivering AI/ML-powered solutions, with a practical understanding of how to apply these technologies to real-world use cases. Able to translate business needs into AI-driven opportunities and work effectively with technical teams to bring them to life.
- 3+ years of Marketing Domain Acumen experience: Deep understanding of marketing processes (campaigns, content, demand gen, etc.) and the ability to identify gaps that can be solved through AI-enabled improvements.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect AI opportunities to broader business strategy, prioritize competing initiatives, and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Data & Technical Fluency: Comfort working with data, analytics, and AI/ML concepts. Ability to partner effectively with engineering and data science teams while maintaining awareness of responsible AI considerations.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong executive communication and storytelling skills. Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in a large, matrixed organization.

Compensation and Benefits
The starting salary range posted for this position is $130,600.00 to $182,200.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. For locations not listed below, the recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.
U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco’s plan eligibility rules, which include:

Paid time away includes:
- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
- 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness
- 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year for non-exempt employees
- Flexible vacation time off program for exempt employees
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, with carryover
- Additional paid time off for critical or emergency family issues
- Optional 10 paid volunteer days per full calendar year
Employees are also eligible for annual bonuses and performance-based incentive pay subject to Cisco’s policies.
Location Salary Ranges
- New York City Metro Area: $152,400.00 - $255,100.00
- Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $134,300.00 - $224,800.00
Employees in Illinois participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements.
