Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager based in Zurich, with flexibility for some work from home. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth. Responsibilities include developing and managing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and data, leading sales alignment initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet organizational goals. The Marketing Manager will also supervise projects to enhance operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing and Sales strategies, with a proven ability to drive business growth and brand development
• Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in Project Management and teamwork, with the ability to manage timelines and oversee cross-functional initiatives
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage
