As part of our Marketing & Communication team, you will work in a modern network organization. You will bring marketing initiatives from idea to effective implementation, be broadly positioned, think networked, and enjoy taking responsibility. At the same time, you will bring in-depth expertise in individual disciplines.

Available immediately or by arrangement

Responsibilities

• Development, management, and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives consistently aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Management and participation in cross-departmental projects, as well as coordination of interdisciplinary teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Conception, planning, and realization of marketing and communication measures in campaigns, content, sponsoring, events, promotions, and marketing automation
• Responsibility for project budgets, timings, and qualitative implementation
• Active contribution to the further development of our team

Qualifications

• Higher education in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration (University of Applied Sciences/University or comparable)
• Several years of experience in project management in the marketing and communication environment, preferably in the financial industry
• Broad understanding of communication and marketing (digital & physical) with an interest in customer journeys, live experience, omnichannel management, and new technologies, especially AI in marketing
• Analytical and conceptual strength, as well as a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Communicative, proactive personality with a can-do attitude and high self-responsibility
