Your Role & Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will support the Canada Marketing Team in creating and executing marketing activities, business operations, and innovation plans to drive growth on our iconic brands which include Q-tips, St. Ives, Pond’s, Noxzema, and more. They must be versed in all areas of brand marketing: Brand, Innovation, Insights & Strategy, and Media & Marketing Operations. Key responsibilities include:
- General business management accountability (i.e. P&Ls, budget management)
- Lead cross-functional agency teams to deliver go-to-market strategy which includes development and execution of brand campaigns, asset adaptations, and omni-channel programs (including special pack and displayer development)
- Partner with Sales team to support annual planning process which includes development of customer sell-in materials and customer support plans
- Own key processes such as category and brand analytics reporting, artwork review and approvals, content management, etc.
- Collaborate closely with U.S. Marketing teams to represent Canada’s needs in innovation, sharing learning about consumer, category and customers and ensuring unique market needs are delivered on time.
- Support the team in unlocking growth opportunities for the Canadian business
- Keep a pulse on the latest consumer trends and marketing tactics to drive thought leadership and experimentation within the marketing organization

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 5+ years marketing experience in consumer products industry, ideally on beauty or personal care brand, including the development and implementation of successful marketing plans for new and existing products
- Ideal, but not required, experience working with U.S. brands looking to grow and expand in the Canadian market
- Understanding of digital, social, e-commerce, and retail landscapes
- Interpersonal and communication skills, especially in remote work environments
- Clear demonstration of project management and leadership skills
- Analytical skills with an ability to distill key information and make recommendations
- Financial acumen with experience in P&L management through to profit realization
- Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships both internal to Elida Beauty and externally with agencies, third parties, and other stakeholders

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 CAD per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
