As Marketing Manager Cross‑Sell you will be responsible for growing the value of our existing customer base by finding relevant cross‑sell opportunities along the customer lifecycle. You will be part of a highly motivated and diverse team within the Consumer Base Unit of Sunrise.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and execute innovative cross‑selling initiatives to maximize customer value.
• Continuously analyze customer base data as well as sales performance to identify opportunities for cross‑selling.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer behavior monitoring and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions such as product management, sales channels and analytics to create targeted initiatives.
• Lead cross‑departmental projects & initiatives.
• Execute initiatives through direct customer communication campaigns along the customer journey together with CRM and design teams, further driving cross‑sales conversions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven commercial experience in Marketing, Base Management or Project Management.
• Experience in Telecommunications or subscription‑based industries is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in German, French and/or Italian is a plus.
