As Marketing Manager Cross‑Sell you will be responsible for growing the value of our existing customer base by finding relevant cross‑sell opportunities along the customer lifecycle. You will be part of a highly motivated and diverse team within the Consumer Base Unit of Sunrise.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop and execute innovative cross‑selling initiatives to maximize customer value.
- Continuously analyze customer base data as well as sales performance to identify opportunities for cross‑selling.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer behavior monitoring and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions such as product management, sales channels and analytics to create targeted initiatives.
- Lead cross‑departmental projects & initiatives.
- Execute initiatives through direct customer communication campaigns along the customer journey together with CRM and design teams, further driving cross‑sales conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven commercial experience in Marketing, Base Management or Project Management.
- Experience in Telecommunications or subscription‑based industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in German, French and/or Italian is a plus.
