Role – Marketing Manager Cross‑Sell
You will be responsible for growing the value of our existing customer base by finding relevant cross‑sell opportunities along the customer lifecycle. You will be part of a highly motivated and diverse team within the Consumer Base Unit of Sunrise.
Your Challenge
- Conceptualize, develop and execute innovative cross‑selling initiatives to maximize customer value
- Continuously analyze customer base data as well as sales performance to identify opportunities for cross‑selling
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer behavior monitoring and performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions such as product management, sales channels and analytics to create targeted initiatives
- Lead cross‑departemental projects & initiatives
- Execute your initiatives also through direct customer communication campaigns along the customer journey together with CRM and design teams, further driving cross‑sales conversions
Your Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Proven commercial experience in Marketing, Base Management or Project Management
- Experience in Telecommunications, or subscription‑based industries is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive measurable outcomes
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in German, French and/or Italian is a plus
