As we grow our PR offering, we’re looking for someone who knows how to create impact, build relationships, and get brands noticed in all the right places. The Role:

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in PR and digital marketing.

You’ll lead PR efforts, pitching stories journalists actually care about, securing meaningful coverage, and building strong media relationships. Alongside this, you’ll support digital campaigns that keep clients visible and relevant.

You’ll work across multiple clients, manage deadlines with confidence, and collaborate closely with the team (via Microsoft Teams). We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and always one step ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing: PR & Media Relations: • Write press releases that cut through the noise • Pitch stories to journalists and secure quality coverage • Build and maintain strong media relationships • Run digital PR outreach campaigns • Track coverage and measure PR performance Client & Campaign Support: • Support digital campaigns across social media and email • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously • Handle deadlines with clarity and calm • Communicate progress, updates, and challenges clearly with the team Growth & Strategy: • Help grow and shape the PR offering • Identify opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership • Attend virtual networking events to build presence • Bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and PR strategy What You’ll Need: Essential Experience: • Proven experience in PR (agency or in-house) • Strong track record of pitching and securing media coverage • Experience with digital PR and outreach strategies • Excellent press release writing skills • Comfortable using CRMs and managing media databases • Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines • Clear, proactive communication style Tools & Platforms: • Microsoft Teams (daily communication) • Go High Level (CRM) • Canva (for quick design work) • LinkedIn (outreach and relationship building) • PR outreach and monitoring toolsFamiliarity with AI tools like Claude for efficiency and content support Bonus Skills: • SEO knowledge • Copywriting • Social media campaign management • Email marketing What We’re Looking For: • A proactive, self-managed professional who doesn’t need hand-holding • Someone highly responsive and available during agreed working hours (4 hours per day) • Clear, confident communicator who keeps everyone in the loop • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure • Someone who understands PR is about timing, relationships, and storytelling • A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves—no task is too small What You’ll Get: • The opportunity to shape and grow the PR offering • Flexible remote work within agreed hours • A collaborative, no-nonsense team culture • Varied work across different clients and industries • A focus on meaningful work—without unnecessary meetings
