About the Role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting referral growth through the effective execution of marketing and communication policies, processes, and systems. This role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding referral dynamics, and ensuring that communication is relevant, timely, and aligned with organisational objectives. This role requires travel which may, at times, extend beyond the boarders of your home province.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to support referral pathways and ensure that marketing efforts translate into measurable growth.
You will:
- Execute marketing and communication policies, processes, and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder needs and tailor communication accordingly.
- Support referral growth through structured engagement and communication initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Report on daily activities and referral-related outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support coordinated marketing efforts.
- Maintain an active professional network and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Marketing or related discipline
- Proven experience executing marketing and communication activities in a multi-site or healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Applied knowledge aligned with the Global Professional Marketing Framework (CIM)
