Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics (ML, regressions, clustering) to uncover hidden patterns and elevate operations in DiDi Food.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests.
• Build dashboards that track KPIs and support fast data‑driven decisions.
• Manage operational excellence projects.
• Automate data insights to streamline reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams — Product, Pricing, Supply Growth, Strategy & Planning — driving aligned and strategic operations initiatives.
• Own city‑level performance and strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, growth, analytics, technology, or consulting.
• Expertise in Excel, SQL, and Python (desired).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Experience working with multicultural teams across LATAM and China is a plus.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
