About Us
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a hybrid MDM Engineer for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions using Reltio MDM Cloud on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
- Configure and optimize Reltio for customer, product, supplier, and location master data domains, including data models, match rules, survivorship logic, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines between Reltio and enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and Reltio APIs.
- Implement scalable, secure cloud-native MDM architectures leveraging Azure services including Azure APIM, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, and Azure Functions.
- Establish data quality frameworks including profiling, validation, cleansing, and enrichment strategies within Reltio.
- Build and maintain golden records through advanced matching, merging, and hierarchical relationship management.
- Implement data governance policies, stewardship workflows, and compliance controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across MDM initiatives.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement role-based access controls, data masking, and audit capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in data, 7+ years of experience in master data management with at least 3 years working with Reltio MDM platform.
- Proven expertise in Reltio configuration including data modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and REST API development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly Azure data stack, Azure API Management, and Azure Event hub.
- Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code approaches.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Reltio certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
- Familiarity with Azure Purview for data governance and cataloging.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
- Background in data warehousing and analytics platforms.
Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 per year
