Medical Officer: RX Marketing Manager

My client, an established yet growing Pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg & expanding worldwide is seeking a Medical Doctor who desires a focus on strategy and team development while cross collaborating with Medical & RnD divisions, drive the development of their RX Portfolio, aimed at Doctors across a multitude of key products.

Key Focus Areas

• Develop and execute Rx portfolio strategy aligned to business goals

• Oversee clinical positioning and compliant messaging

• Lead & drive the performance of RX Brand Managers

• Drive HCP marketing excellence across digital and in-field channels

• Translate insights and CLM analytics into actionable growth strategies

Requirements

• Medical Degree MBChB or MBBH with Post community service

• MBA or Business Related Post Grad or B,Pharm additionally would be advantageous

• 2 years minimum experience leading and developing a team

• Experience consulting to or working in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly sought after eg. Research & Development, Medical Liaison

• Driven and structured by natural personality attributes
