Recruitment Associate – Engineering, Data & Security Talent

Now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team and play a key role in identifying and attracting the next generation of top technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and recruit top talent across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Security
- Build pipelines of high-impact candidates for Fortune 100 clients and fast-growing startups
- Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and more
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate both technical potential and cultural fit
- Partner closely with internal leadership and client stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs
- Provide real-time market insights (talent trends, compensation, competition) to guide hiring strategy
- Manage candidates throughout the full lifecycle, from first outreach through offer acceptance
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology, recruiting, or talent strategy
- Bachelor’s degree
