Your Profile

• Technology Expertise: You have several years of experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure AI, Data Platforms, and Power Platform.
• Architecture Know-how: You are familiar with API design, data integration, multi-agent systems, and security in the Microsoft environment.
• Consulting and Coaching Competence: You explain technical content clearly, coach teams, and understand industry-specific requirements.
• Innovative Spirit: You follow technological trends, share your knowledge, and promote an "AI First" mindset.
• Professional Experience: You bring at least 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in comparable roles.
• Language Skills: You speak German very well and have good English skills.

Your Role

• Architectural Responsibility: You design and implement AI-powered solution architectures with Microsoft Azure AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strategic Solution Design: You develop agent-based architectures using technologies like Semantic Kernel and multi-agent workflows.
• Use Case Development: You identify and design business cases from the preliminary study to productive implementation.
• Technical Integration: You orchestrate hybrid cloud environments, automate CI/CD, and work closely with DevOps and Security teams.
• Introduction & Governance: You support customer teams in introducing Microsoft AI and establish governance structures.
• Strategic Contribution: You actively shape portfolio development, community work, and presales processes with your expertise.
