Responsibilities

• Project Responsibility and Leadership: You will take responsibility for the implementation of project tasks and independently lead sub-projects, ensuring their successful completion. You will be responsible for analyzing the current state, creating concepts, and implementing the solutions.
• Independent Task Management: You will complete assigned tasks independently and conscientiously. You will actively address customer needs and can flexibly adapt to new requirements and situations.

Qualifications

Your technical knowledge and experience include:

• Microsoft Server Portfolio: You have sound knowledge of working with Microsoft Server solutions.
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows 365: Experience in these areas is an advantage. If you do not yet have in-depth knowledge, you are motivated to expand your cloud competencies, especially in the area of Microsoft Azure.
• Microsoft Teams: Knowledge of working with Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
• Microsoft Client Configuration (Windows 11): You have experience in configuring and managing Microsoft client systems, especially Windows 11.
• Project and Escalation Management: You have experience in leading projects and handling escalations to find solutions quickly.
• Certifications: You hold common IT certifications. If you have any knowledge gaps, we are ready to share our knowledge with you – we support each other here.
