KPMG is looking for a Microsoft Solutions Engineer to join our Alliances organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive our AI and data initiatives by showcasing the transformative capabilities of AI and Data technologies to KPMG clients.
- Integrate technology early in the client sales cycle, supporting top-of-the-funnel activities for cloud-enabled digital transformation deals.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of generative AI solutions, illustrating their potential to transform client operations, foster innovation, and enhance business value.
- Craft detailed and persuasive responses to RFPs that focus on AI and data integration, ensuring proposals effectively incorporate generative AI solutions within the wider data ecosystem.
- Engage directly with senior technical stakeholders, such as Chief Data Officers and IT Directors, at client organizations to understand their generative AI goals and technical needs, offering customized AI solutions with cutting-edge technologies.
- Assist in accelerating the growth of our Alliance Influence Pipeline and Bookings by enhancing our Alliance Sales Team with technical sales skills and business acumen.
- Act professionally and responsibly, upholding KPMG's commitment to a respectful and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- At least ten years of recent experience in professional services or consulting; a minimum of five years in a technical sales or consulting role focused on AI and data integration using Microsoft products.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is preferred, or a high school diploma/GED with ten years of sales engineering experience.
- Proven consultative and architectural experience in relevant solutions, with excellent presentation skills capable of discussing business use cases in a technology context.
- Strong understanding of client challenges, with an ability to articulate value propositions to clients and internal stakeholders while conveying complex content on business issues and KPMG offerings.
- Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills resulting in trusted business relationships.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
