We are currently seeking a Salesforce Solutions Engineer to join our Alliances organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our AI and data initiatives by showcasing the transformative capabilities of AI and data technologies to our clients.
  • Integrate technology early in the client sales process, supporting top-of-the-funnel activities for cloud-enabled digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations tailored to generative AI solutions, illustrating how these powerful models can enhance client operations, foster innovation, and drive business value.
  • Craft comprehensive and persuasive responses to RFPs, focusing on AI and data integration, while ensuring these proposals effectively incorporate generative AI solutions within the broader data ecosystem.
  • Engage directly with senior technical stakeholders, including Chief Data Officers and IT Directors, to understand their generative AI goals and technical needs, offering customized AI solutions that leverage the latest technologies, thus fostering strong strategic relationships.
  • Enhance the growth of the Alliance Influence Pipeline and Bookings by collaborating with our Alliance Sales Team, providing technical sales expertise and business insight to develop a robust technical sales strategy.
  • Uphold KPMG's values by demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability in maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years in professional services or consulting, including five years in a technical sales or consulting role focused on Salesforce products, with experience in AI technologies and data solutions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED plus a decade of relevant sales engineering experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in consultative design and architecture with outstanding presentation skills; capable of discussing technology solutions in terms of business use cases and showcasing KPMG’s offerings effectively.
  • Ability to produce high-quality demonstrations tailored to both KPMG and client-specific needs.
  • Strong understanding of client challenges and the ability to communicate value propositions clearly to clients, internal teams, and Alliance partners.
  • Proven consultative and interpersonal skills that foster trust, confidence, and successful business relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
