Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for use across print, digital, and social platforms
• Develop artwork for promotional materials, campaign visuals, and point‑of‑sale communications
• Ensure all creative outputs align with established brand guidelines and visual standards
• Prepare artwork files accurately for final production and distribution
• Maintain and update visual content across websites and digital platforms
• Support social and digital marketing initiatives with engaging creative assets
• Design and layout recurring communication pieces such as newsletters and internal publications
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions
• Assist with creative research, concept development, and trend sourcing
• Provide design support for ad‑hoc projects and campaigns as required

Requirements

• Matric plus a relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design or desktop publishing role
• Strong experience taking artwork from concept through to final output
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of print production processes
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media
• Exposure to basic web design or CMS environments advantageous
• Comfortable working on both Mac and PC
